Living and Gardening in Brittany

I forgot to write about my new greenhouse. I bought it on line and two friends erected it. That was before Xmas. Now I have used it to install 4 pots of canna lilies, many rose cuttings, 4 dahlias and a dozen chrysanthemums which I saved from last year. I have also sown 12 trays of seeds.   4 Rudbekia 3 Cornflowers 3 Cosmos 1 Achillia Today I built a shelter and put all the plants in it to harden off  before planting.

The spring garden has been spectacular. First the daffs and then the tulips with the forget-me-nots. At the moment we have cherry blossom, crab apple, magnolia, orange blossom and cream broom all in flower. The weather is very spring-like. Crab Apple Orange Blossom Cherry blossom

Tulips very successful  this year and lots of willow fences.
