Back to Grass

As I expected the grass had grown very long while I was away so I rushed off to town to buy the Rolls Royce lawn mower that I had viewed before going to the UK. Since the Estate Agent had gone into liquidation with £1000 of my money I had to make a big decision. At my age I either have to have the right tools or stop gardening. Since the garden is my life I made a risky choice. The garden won and the credit card took the biggest hit since it came into my hands.
I cut the whole of my 5,000 square metres of grass in one day!!! Not bad for a 70 year old. But I suppose the credit should really go to my new super-duper mower.
